Admissions files, medical needs and safeguarding notes are the most sensitive records a school keeps. In FirstDay, who sees each of them is decided by role, checked on every request and written to an audit log.

  1. Sensitive fields, hidden by default

    ID numbers, home addresses, medical conditions, medication and SEN diagnoses are masked unless a person's role includes “Sensitive personal data”. The default staff role does not.

    Each wellbeing note is written for all staff, for tutors and senior leaders, or for senior leaders only.

  3. One school's data, one school's staff

    Every request is checked against the school and the person's role before anything is read or written.

  4. Every change on the record

  • Złoty and franc prices (core plans and bundles) are the euro price converted at the ECB rate of 27 October 2026 (€1 = 4.402 zł = CHF 0.9239) and rounded.

The core platform is a flat monthly fee per school, not per student: Free, then Starter at €299 (1 316 zł, CHF 276.25) and Growth at €699 (3 077 zł, CHF 645.80) a month. Modules come in bundles: one price per student per month (per member of staff for Human Resources) covers every module in the bundle, and every price is shown on its card. A few modules are priced on their own. Prices exclude VAT and are shown in euro, złoty or Swiss francs: you are billed in the currency you sign up in.

Everyone else sees what to do in an emergency and where the medication is kept, but not the condition, the medication's name or the SEN diagnosis. ID numbers and home addresses are masked the same way.
Yes. There is a documented REST API with OpenAPI and a Postman collection, signed webhooks when records change, and an MCP server so Claude can work with your school's data within each person's permissions.
It depends on your data, so we won't quote a number. The import wizard brings in pupils, leads, payers and fee agreements from Excel or CSV with column mapping and duplicate checks, and guided walkthroughs show staff each screen the first time they open it.
The Polish Compliance module builds the monthly subsidy declaration and SIO updates from your roll. Nothing is sent until someone with permission approves it.
