Year-end paperwork,
built from the grades you already keep.
School documents assembles each student's arkusz ocen and świadectwo from your gradebook, tells you what is missing, and prints once a person has approved it, on plain A4 or over your pre-printed blanks.
Runs on top of Assessments, so switch that on too.
Every June, the same weeks of retyping.

Grades retyped into another system
The grades already exist in the gradebook. Someone copies them into a template student by student, and every copy is a chance for a typo on a legal document.
- Today · 02
Problems found on the blank
A missing PESEL, no behaviour grade or a student who sat a resit exam turns up after the blank is in the printer. A spoiled blank can't be reused.

A rule only one person remembers
Who gets a świadectwo z wyróżnieniem, how a grade is written in words, what a nieklasyfikowany student's row should say: it all lives in the head of whoever did it last year.
Built once from the record, checked before it is printed.
Built from your own gradebook
Annual grades, behaviour grade, attendance and student details come straight from FirstDay. Grades are written in words, with empty rows dashed, as the form requires.
Gaps shown before you generate
A readiness check lists what blocks each student, from a missing grade to a missing register number. A document with a blocking problem can't be approved.
The distinction worked out for you
FirstDay applies the rule: an average of at least 4,75, not rounded, and behaviour of at least bardzo dobre. The right certificate variant is chosen and the average is shown.
From the annual term to the printed świadectwo.
- 01
Set up the school once
Mark the annual term and the date of the rada pedagogiczna, set each subject's category and print order, and give every student a register number. Then enter the school name, director and printer settings.
- 02
Fill in what only the class tutor knows
The wychowawca enters behaviour grades for the whole class on one screen, or descriptive assessments for classes I to III. Per student: achievements, exams and the class after promotion.
- 03
Check, generate and preview
Fix what the readiness check flags, then generate each arkusz and świadectwo. Preview it on plain paper, laid out as it will print on the blank, before any blank is used.
Preview on plain paper first. Grades are written in words. - 04
Approve, print and record it
A named person approves that exact version. Print the arkusz on A4 or the świadectwo over your blank, then mark it issued with the date, copies and blank serial number.

Get startedQuestions about
Polish School Documents.
Is it an official or MEN-certified system?
No. There is no state interface for producing świadectwa, so FirstDay fills in the forms following the regulation on certificates. It isn't connected to eDziennik, mObywatel or SIO. Your staff still sign and seal every document, as they do today.
Can we print on our own blanks?
Yes, for the świadectwo: FirstDay prints just the text, positioned for the blank, and you set a calibration for your printer. The positions for some blanks are still estimates, so always print the preview on plain paper and hold it against your blank first. Use an inkjet, as MEN guidance requires.
Which schools does it cover?
Primary schools (classes I to VIII) and liceum have templates today. Technikum and branżowa I stopnia are not available yet: you can run the readiness check there, but not generate a świadectwo.
Do we need other modules?
It needs Assessments, because the annual grades come from its term grade sheet. The attendance figure on the arkusz comes from your registers if you use Timetable & Attendance, and you can type in your own hours instead.
How is it priced?
One flat price per school: 149 zł (€39) a month, whatever the number of students or classes. It sits on top of Assessments, which is priced separately. If you cancel, nothing is deleted: every issued document and print log is kept.
Who can see PESEL numbers and grades?
Only people given one of the six School documents permissions. The built-in Member role gets none, because PESEL is printed on every document. Downloading a PDF needs its own export permission, and every approval, issue and download is recorded in the audit trail.
