After-school clubs
that fill themselves.
Clubs & Activities gives every family a personal sign-up link, keeps waitlists moving on their own, and checks for timetable clashes — so the co-curricular team runs clubs, not spreadsheets.
Club sign-up week shouldn't break the office.
- Today · 01
Paper slips and a shared inbox
Hundreds of forms and emails arrive in two days, and someone types every one into a spreadsheet by hand.
- Today · 02
First come, first argued
When a club is full, the waitlist is a list in someone's notebook — and the phone calls start when a place opens up.
- Today · 03
Clashes found on the day
A child is booked into Robotics and Choir at the same time, and nobody notices until both leaders mark them absent.
Families sign up. The system does the admin.
Sign-up in a few taps
Each family gets a personal link that shows only the clubs their child can join. No account, no password, nothing to type wrong.
Waitlists that move themselves
When a seat opens, the next child is promoted and the family is emailed — no calls from the office.
No double bookings
Sign-ups that clash with a child's other clubs are stopped before they happen, and staff can still override when they need to.
From club list to register in four steps.
- 01
Set up your clubs
Give each club a weekly schedule, the year groups it's open to, a capacity and, if you want one, a sign-up deadline.
- 02
Send families their links
Email personal sign-up links to a whole year group in one go, or export them for your own mail merge. Publish a browse-only page on your website too.
See which families have opened their link. - 03
Let the sign-ups run
Seats are claimed as families sign up, extra sign-ups join the waitlist, and every family gets a confirmation or waitlist email.
- 04
Take the register each session
Club sessions are created from each schedule, and leaders mark attendance for every confirmed member.

Clubs & Activities.
How is Clubs & Activities priced?
Per enrolled student per month, so the price follows your school size. Archived students aren't counted, and there is no charge per club or per sign-up.
Do parents need to create an account?
No. Each family gets a personal link that opens their own child's sign-up page directly. Sending a new link switches the old one off.
Can we still add a child to a full club?
Yes. Staff can place a child directly and override a clash warning when there's a good reason. Families signing up online can't.
Can we charge for clubs?
Clubs & Activities handles sign-up, waitlists and attendance. Club fees aren't collected inside the module today.
Will the sign-up page look like our school?
Yes, if your school has FirstDay white-labelling: the sign-up page uses your logo, colours and typeface.
