What teachers need to know about a child,
one click from the name.
Student Wellbeing puts allergies, emergency contacts, consents, SEN strategies and a shared log on one card that opens from any student name, so nobody searches a shared drive when it matters.
Everything you need to know about a child is in the wrong place.
- Today · 01
Four documents, none of them current
Allergies in one spreadsheet, SEN strategies in a shared doc, emails home in someone's inbox. The version a teacher finds is the one that was easiest to open.
- Today · 02
The emergency starts with questions
A pupil collapses in PE. The teacher knows the name. Not the allergy, not where the EpiPen is kept, not who to ring.
- Today · 03
A parent on the phone, and no facts
How many emails have gone home? What has already been tried? Is she excused PE until Friday? The form tutor starts looking while the parent waits.
One card per child, and it is always the current one.
One card, one click
Click a student's name on the register, in the form tutor view or in class lists and the card opens beside it. Update it once and everyone sees the change.
The answers, before anyone asks
Red, amber and blue dots sit next to names on the register. The card shows what to do, where the medication is kept and who to ring, with a tap-to-call number.
A log you can quote from
Emails, calls, meetings, praise and incidents are logged against the child, with counts like "emails home: 3 in the last 6 weeks". Injury notes carry an end date and lapse on their own.
From scattered documents to one card.
- 01
Build the card once
Add allergies with severity, what staff should do and where the medication is kept. Add medication, conditions, emergency contacts, consents and SEN strategies. Start with the pupils who matter most.
- 02
Dots appear on the register
A red dot marks a severe allergy or medical condition, amber an active health note and blue SEN support. The teacher sees them while taking the register.
Red: severe allergy. Amber: active health note. Blue: SEN support. - 03
Click a name to open the card
Contacts, allergies, medication, consents and active notes are on the first screen. The Health & SEN tab holds the detail and the SEN passport link.
- 04
Log what happens, see the pattern
Add an entry in a few seconds, choose who may read it, and back-date it if needed. The wellbeing overview lists pupils with alerts and notes ending within 14 days.

Get startedQuestions about
Student Wellbeing.
How is it priced?
299 zł a month (about €75) for the whole school, whatever your headcount. It is not per student and not per member of staff.
Do we need other modules?
No. Student Wellbeing works on its own. If you also use Timetable & Attendance, the alert dots and clickable names appear on registers and in the form tutor view as well.
Who can see what?
Staff without access to personal data still see emergency contacts, what to do, where medication is kept, consents and active health notes. Names of conditions, allergens and medication, and the SEN diagnosis, are hidden from them. Each log entry is visible to all staff, to form tutors and SLT, or to SLT only.
Can we log safeguarding concerns?
You can record one, and it is always visible only to its author and senior leaders. The module does not notify your DSL or manage referrals, so keep following your safeguarding procedure alongside it.
How do we get our existing information in?
You enter each profile in the app. Start with the pupils where it matters most: severe allergies, medication and going-home consents, then add the rest as staff update them.
Does it message parents or work on the mobile app?
Not today. Parents cannot see the card, nobody is notified when an entry is added, and it is a web app feature only. Entries are seen only by the staff your chosen audience allows.
